My name is Kim Holmes, and I am the heart behind Mystic Grey Sanctuary.

I am a Reiki Master, a Certified Practitioner in the Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code energy healing modalities, and a Certified Life Coach. My passion is guiding individuals through life’s sacred seasons, helping them release what no longer serves them, reclaim their inner wisdom, and rise into their fullest expression to become their authentic self. Mystic Grey Sanctuary is more than a business, it’s a safe, soulful space where healing, self-discovery, and transformation are nurtured with compassion and care.

What is behind my business name?

Mystic - a seeker of spiritual truth who strives to attain unity with the divine through contemplation and self-surrender. This person believes in the power of prayer and deep thought to gain religious or spiritual knowledge that goes beyond the intellect. Through their journey, they seek to achieve a deeper understanding of the world and their place in it.

Grey - the color intermediate between black and white. Spiritually, it's the color of balance and neutrality.

Sanctuary - a sacred, safe space where you can release, heal, and reconnect with your authentic self

My mission is to provide a sacred, judgment-free space where people can release emotional burdens, heal energetic imbalances, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Through the Emotion, Body, and Belief Code, Reiki, and holistic coaching, I guide each client on a transformative journey toward empowerment, clarity, and deep self-love.
